Planning with the Education Tax Credits

This webinar serves as a technical reference guide for tax preparers on a very complex issue, the use of post-secondary tax education deductions and credits. Avoiding Ethical Violations

Anyone who practices before the IRS must comply with these requirements. This webinar is designed to help avoid violating ethical duties. Topics include new standards and penalties for tax preparers, new Circular 230 duties, potential conflicts of interest, correction of taxpayer mistakes, “unconscionable” fees, return of client records, and what taxpayer confidences may be disclosed to the IRS?
